The single launch was DELICIOUS! thanks to all who attended and made it a very special night.

In a few weeks I shall be performing in Perth at the Hyde Park hotel. I'd love to see you there if you're in perth- it will be a very special night with some stringie thingies... yep. full performance with strings. Yum.

The Preview of "As the Sun Falls" is fast approaching... and Jess McAvoy and the Strays are in hardcore rehearsal mode. If you happen to be in Melbourne on Friday the 13th of June, you know where you should be.

Immersed in studio madness at the moment. It's coming along nicely and I am managing to squeeze in a few shows too.

Well I reckon easter is as good a time as any to sink your teeth into some new beginnings. I certainly feel excited.. elated... The recording process is whirling towards me with great force and to make it all make a little more sense I will be performing at the Brunswick Hotel this sunday with a FIVE PIECE version of Jess McAvoy and the Strays. We will be performing the songs off the new record as close to the way the record is going to sound as we can get.

Head on down to the Brunswick hotel around 2.30 to catch 2 full sets.

This is a lovely week. Wednesday night (Tomorrow) I will be supporting George Byrne at the Wesley Anne Hotel in High Street Northcote from 7ish.

This weekend, at 2.30 pm on Sunday, if youre in Melbourne you should come down to the Brunswick hotel in Sydney Road in Brunswick for the first of my 4 performances with the Strays! We have been in the studio rehearsing and preparing for the new album which isn't very far away.

Recording starts in less than 3 weeks!
